What an example to follow

This past weekend, we had the pleasure to attend the renewal of vows for my parents 38th wedding anniversary. Now, I must admit, it was hard having to get dressed formally being 34 weeks pregnant. I am as big as a whale, but luckily I found this great maternity store in England. So, I was set. We got to the restaurant and were just amazed! We had no idea what was in store. My parents pulled off a basic mini wedding. My sisters, niece and I were able to stand by the chuppah (which is sooo cool!) as my parents renewed their vows. I got so choked up that the rabbi stopped and asked if I was ok. Being hormonal, you can't always handle yourself. Anyway, the ceremony was beautiful. My mother looked gorgeous, as did my father, and the party was a lot of fun. We all danced and celebrated....Until I had enough, around midnight. It was so nice to see cousins, uncles and aunts from out of town....Linda, it was so nice to see you two! Family was in from New York, California, Texas, and even Argentina. It is so wonderful to be a part of such a happy and loving family. This little one is a lucky girl. Everyone is so excited to meet her and love her! I am just getting so anxious!

What a wonderful day!

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of attending a baby shower in my honor, hosted by Rose and Mary. Although I do not have any pictures to post right now, I have to say that it really was a wonderful evening. I was so happy to see so many of our closest friends and family. Everyone was soooooo generous and I just enjoyed every minute of it! The food and drinks were great, and all the little details were evident. I just want to thank all of you again, cards are going out soon as well, and I am so grateful to have all of you in my life. My daughter is so spoiled already, I mean she already has a tickle me elmo!, and everything for her, and us, is so greatly appreciated! :)
